46664-Latino on August 21,
2004
"If you live outside of Spain, you can order your tickets by
phone from ticket distributor ServiCam. The phone number is (+34)
902 44 43 00 (thanks to Jen from BrianMay.com for this information).
They have an English speaking operator.. You will need your credit
card number and the the number of your passport. They don't send tickets
to anywhere outside of Spain, so you have to pick them up from the
ServiCam office in Benidorm, Calle Alameda 17 on Friday morning (August
20th) because the office is closed in the afternoon and on Saturday.
You have to bring your passport." (source: YourValentine
on the queenzone-forum.
Thanks!)
WWRY Las Vegas
You can order your tickets online via this link.
If you wish to book your tickets AND stay at the Paris Las Vegas click
here
and book one of the packages. On a site note: Tony Vincent, who played
Galileo in London will share his role as Galileo with Jason Wooten.
The part of Scaramouche has been offered to another familiar face:
The wonderful Patti Russo. The reason there are two Galileo's and
two Scaramouche's is it would be too exhausting for them to perform
two shows a night. (source).
The big opening will be on September 8, 2004!

And more from Las Vegas... I corrected the ticket prices for these
shows (sorry about the error!). Also some more pictures have been
added from the press
conference. The new ones are sneaked from Brian's website and
some of the original ones have been exchanged to those without the
watermark. Enjoy!

It's all about the
WWRY debut in North America this week... The US sees the (limited
time) re-release of Greatest Hits on CD which will be timed for the
opening of the musical in Las Vegas. According to Brian the CD "will
also feature the resurrected original vinyl single version of "I'm
in Love with My Car" (in response to the big reaction to a current
Jaguar TV ad in the USA featuring the track)." (source)
For those who did not have a chance yet to see the commerical here
is the direct link
(right-click to download it).
If you plan to visit the premiere and live in the UK be sure to visit

"Record Collector round-up
A handful of Queen mentions in Record Collector this month... Especially
in the most wanted pages which tracks down collectables, promos and
memorabilia.
Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody / I'm in love with my car: Blue pressed
vinyl, dated 1978 and numbered 122 with an envelope is being auctioned
on June 4th with an estimated value of £ 2000 - £ 2500!
46664 - A custom printed 3 CD-set in a slipcase can now fetch £
50 due to the unique performances and one off live renditions of tracks
by both Queen and U2.
Queen & David Bowie - Under Pressure: £ 400. This japanese
promo is unusual because it a) is a gatefold single and b) it oddly
includes three other tracks, by three completely different artists
namely Rod Stewart, Christopher Cross and George Benson!" (source) |
