  WWRY 5th birthday review
Last night Queen, Ben Elton and Al Murray were on hand to help celebrate 5 years of We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre. It was business as usual throughout out the show until our heroes were halted in there tracks by Al Murray - The Pub Landlord (UK Comedian) who popped up with the Harley Davidson and following a bit of great ad libbing and wonderfully missed lines he packed them on their way!
The show continued as normal until 'Bohemian Rhapsody' when Brian and Roger appeared to hammer the song home to huge cheers.
Ben Elton and Brian then addressed the crowd, before being the whole team being presented a plaque by the Dominion manger to celebrate 5 fantastic years.
Queen + WWRY Cast then provided another treat by slamming through a superb version of 'The Show Must Go On'.
Here's to another great 5 years! (source).

Knox-Johnston sails into record books again
Tired but triumphant, British yachtsman Sir Robin Knox-Johnston returned home yesterday to a hero's welcome, after entering the record books as the oldest man to circumnavigate the world solo. More than 40 years after becoming the first person to sail solo non-stop around the world, the 68-year-old grandfather of five entered Portsmouth harbour aboard his yacht, named Saga Insurance, flanked by a Royal Navy escort and a flotilla of 100 craft. His daughter, Sara Hales, and five grandchildren were aboard one of the many boats of well-wishers as he entered the harbour. Roger Taylor of the rock group Queen, who christened the boat just prior to the race (Ed: see website's earlier picture gallery), was also on hand to greet Sir Robin. He had departed to Queen's "Don't Stop Me Now", taking it as his theme tune (source and full story here).

:::Site updates::: Sir Knox-Johnston and Roger did an interview with the BBC. and Should you have troubles to view the streaming video you can download Roger's interview snippet here. Enjoy!

Q+PR recording sessions
The next studio session is set for June I heard. QOL put up a quote from the Classic Rock June 2007 edition. Paul was asked how the album is going. His answer was: "It remains to be seen whether we can come up with wild and wonderful stuff in the studio. We're trying to achieve something that shows who we are now. And it's going very well... Rich List 2007
The threshold for entry this year's Rich List is 70 million pounds, 10 million pounds more than last time around. Last year Roger wasn't on it. But I was *relieved* to find him back in this year's edition as a new entry.
Roger's at No. 949 with £70m GBP.
Just for the record: Brian's at No. 896 (last year 767) with £75m GBP.

Chelsea v Liverpool Champions League
Roger also watched the Chelsea v Liverpool Champions League semi-final first leg at Stamford Bridge on April 25. Follow this link to read the article and see the picture. And Yahoo had another picture online.
