Q+PR: A brand new recording for free download especially for Nelson Mandela's 46664 on World Aids
Q+PR are currently working in Roger's studio on the new version of "Say It´s Not True" with all three of them sharing vocals. The song was originally written for Nelson Mandela´s 46664 campaign and those who saw Q+PR in 2005/2006 will surely remember that song. You can download the new version for free on World Aids Day, December 1, 2007 via http://www.queenonline.com/, http://www.46664.com/, www.46664global.com und http://www.paulrodgers.com/. The video for the song will see it's world premiere during the “46664 South Africa World Aids Day Concert” @Ellis Park, Johannisburg.

Roger says about the release: “By making the song available for free, we hope to help Nelson Mandela with his campaign to get across the message that no-one is safe from infection. We have to be aware, we have to protect ourselves and those we love. The song follows the line of Mr. Mandela’s personal message: it’s in our own hands to bring a stop to this.”

Queen Rock Montreal
Check out Brian's (very funny) speech at London's Hard Rock Cafe for the DVD at the official QRM website (DVD clips). He also donated a signed guitar. And Roger, though absent and boating/sunbathing in North Africa, donated a bass drum and a green jacket to Hard Rock's collection. You can also watch the clip of the digital download single "Keep Yourself Alive"!

WWRY Cologne
For the 12th year German's TV Station RTL organizes a benefit auction that runs for 24 hours called "RTL Spendenmarathon". TV viewers have the chance to bid for items that have been donated by celebrities. Last year Roger and Brian donated a signed drumhead, sticks and a guitar to the auction. The benefit auction ended with a total amount of 5.154.760 Million Euros that were used for several relief projects for children. This year WWRY Cologne will host a special night on November 14 in the Musical Dome. All proceeds of that night will be donated to RTL to help this charity. Click here to buy tickets for the event. For more information go to RTL's website (German).

Another thing about WWRY Cologne: According to the WWRY band's website the show is being extended again! This time until the end of September 2008. Until now the show in Cologne has been visited by over 1,5 Million viewers! Rock on!
